Audit trail

Every governed request, block, quarantine, answer and security test is recorded. Each event's hash covers its content and the previous event's hash, so an edited or deleted record breaks the chain.

Chain verification

Tamper-evident, not tamper-proof: someone with write access to the database could rebuild the whole chain. For stronger assurance, record the head hash in an external system.
